2019 Wells College Basketball Summer Day Camps

Join members and coaches of the Wells College basketball team
as they host a camp for boys and girls aged 7 to 17!

WEEK ONE: Monday, July 8, 2019 to Thursday, July 11, 2019
 WEEK TWO: Monday, August 5, 2019 to Thursday, August 8, 2019
TIME: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
COST: $150 per week OR $275 for both sessions
(Cost includes a camp t-shirt and basketball)
LOCATION: Schwartz Athletic Center; Aurora, N.Y.

Basketball players throughout upstate New York are invited to participate in week-long instructional camps on the campus of Wells College in Aurora, N.Y.! Campers will be introduced to Wells basketball players who will serve as counselors and mentors throughout the day. In addition, players will participate in station work and compete against other campers in multiple game sessions. Drinks and other snacks will be available at the camp store.

2019 Wells College Swimming Day Camp

Join members of the Wells College men’s and women’s swimming team this summer for a Swimming Day Camp!

WHO: Boys and girls ages 7-17
DATES:
 Monday, August 5 through Friday, August 9
TIME: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
COST: $175 per participant, $40 per day
(Includes a t-shirt, campers should bring a lunch)
LOCATION: Wells College Aquatic Center, Aurora, N.Y.
ABILITY: We ask that campers are able to swim at least 25 yards successfully prior to signing up for the camp.

Get ready for the summer swim season by joining us at the Wells College Athletics Swimming Day Camp! The week-long camp will help swimmers enhance technique as increased knowledge will lead to increased speed in the pool. Supervised by six-time North Eastern Athletic Conference champion Head Coach Trish George, members of the current swim teams at Wells will be joined by alumnae/i to help instruct the youths in the pool.

2019 Wells College Soccer Day Camp

DATES: Monday, July 15 to Friday, July 19
AGES: Boys and girls, ages 5 to 16
TIME: 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
COST: $200 for five days

  • A camp shirt is included
  • Campers are asked to bring their own lunches each day
  • 8:30 a.m. early drop off available for no additional charge
  • 4:30 p.m. late pick up available for additional $10/day

Wells College will be hosting a soccer day camp this summer, operating from Monday, July 15 through Friday, July 19. Head Coach Mara Primmer of the Wells women's soccer team will direct campers of all abilities with the goal of improving individual skills and overall team play - lunch will be provided and campers will also enjoy the use of several of Wells' facilities, including its new artificial turf field, renovated gymnasiums and the aquatic center.

Join members of the Wells College men’s and women’s volleyball teams and coaching staffs this summer for two-day camps!

PLAYERS: Boys and girls ages 14 to 18

Wells College is hosting its first volleyball camp for boys and girls players aged 14 to 18 during the summer of 2019. Players will be matched with similar ages and skill levels. Each day will consist of two sessions of instruction from the Wells coaching staff and varsity players. Those skills development sessions lead up to scrimmage games where the skills can be practiced in a competitive format.
