Bryn Athyn Defeats Wells Women's Lacrosse

The Wells College women's lacrosse team fell by a score of 15-3 at Bryn Athyn College on Sunday, March 25 at Bryn Athyn, Pa. Wells is 1-1 on the season and 1-1 in the North Eastern Athletic Conference. Bryn Athyn is 3-1 on the year with a 1-1 NEAC record.

The host Lions scored the first five goals of the game before Renee Bartosz scored for the Express on an assist from Mackenzie Maloney. Bryn Athyn led 7-1 at halftime.

Mackenzie Maloney scored two second-half goals for Wells. The second was assisted by Bartosz.

Wells goalkeeper Anna Bozeat made eight saves.

Savanah Connors led Wells with five draw controls.

Wells is back in action for its first home game of the season Saturday, March 31 at 1 p.m. against D'Youville College.
